Biographical
Steve Mortimer has been a top Civil Trial Attorney for the last 20+ years. He is a Supreme Court Certified, Civil Circuit Mediator. He has experience helping clients in a variety of unique situations, which gives him a rare perspective when it comes to practicing law. Steve has won a great majority of his cases that have gone to trial. Steve now uses this experience and know-how to get cases settled quickly and efficiently. When he’s not working on a case, Steve is a high school coach and volunteers his time with charitable organizations.

Rates Information
$225.00 per party per hour for two-party Mediations and Arbitrations. If mediating for more than two parties, claimants or defendants in a single mediation/arbitration, the hourly rate is $600.00 per hour to be divided evenly between the parties unless the parties agree otherwise. Global Settlement Conference Services are $450.00/hour.
There is no cancellation fee and only a two-hour minimum for mediations in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, and Manatee Counties.
