Steve Mortimer has been a top Civil Trial Attorney for the last 20+ years. He is a Supreme Court Certified, Civil Circuit Mediator. $225.00 per party per hour for two-party Mediations and Arbitrations. If mediating for more than two parties, claimants or defendants in a single mediation/arbitration, the hourly rate is $600.00 per hour to be divided evenly between the parties unless the parties agree otherwise.  Global Settlement Conference Services are $450.00/hour.

There is no cancellation fee and only a two-hour minimum for mediations in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, and Manatee Counties.
