Biographical

Leveraging an accomplished background as an employment law attorney, Scott is a highly experienced certified mediator with a high-resolution rate in employment related litigation/arbitration matters and various other types of claims.  

The geographic scope of Scott's mediation practice is extensive, as he is retained to mediate court cases or arbitration matters (including class actions) pending in Florida (South Florida, Central Florida, North Florida) and throughout the United States, whether by videoconferencing or "in-person."  

Scott is frequently called upon to resolve national, regional, state, and local employment litigation and many other types of legal claims, whether single plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, or multi-defendant claims.  Scott also has an impressive track record of resolving class action and collective action matters pending in Florida or other venues throughout the United States.  His diverse experiences range from minimum wage workers, independent contractors, highly paid executives, Fortune 500 corporations, and small businesses in a variety of industries and business models, including health care, insurance, professional services, hospitality, courier and trucking, financial services, construction, manufacturing, staffing, restaurant and food services, and franchises.
