Biographical
A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, Rick Kolodinsky was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1978 and has been a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator for over ten years. He is also a qualified as an arbitrator, and is on the mediation panel for the Fifth District Court of Appeal.
He has had a distinguished career as a civil litigator. He has been a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer for over twenty years. Board Certification requires extensive trial experience, knowledge of trial law and continuing legal education.
Mr. Kolodinsky accepted an invitation to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an organization of both plaintiff and defense lawyers, and has been a longtime member.
He earned an “AV” rating, the highest possible status for both legal ability and ethical standards, by Martindale Hubbell, the nation’s oldest and most prestigious legal directory. He is listed in the national Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Kolodinsky has been listed in the nationwide Leading American Attorneys. In addition, served as a member of the Executive Committee for the Volusia Civil Trial Lawyers Association and is a charter member as a ‘Master’ of the Dunn-Blount Inn of Court.
Rick's areas of practice include automobile and trucking negligence, products liability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, other professional liability, and insurance coverage litigation. He has a broad range of litigation experience and knowledge to assist litigators make practical, business decisions during the meditation process. He has appeared in state court litigation throughout Florida and in Federal Court both at the District Court and appellate court levels.

Rates Information
The hourly rate is $395.00 for two party mediations and $495.00 for multiple party mediations. An hour is charged for administrative responsibilities. In addition, a minimum of two (2) hours per half day and four (4) hours per full day will be charged along with the administrative charge.
