My civil litigation trial practice has included personal injury (both plaintiff and defense), wrongful death, aviation, construction defects, insurance coverage, contracts, commercial claims and product liability cases. I have also handled numerous appellate matters. 

I became a Florida Supreme Court Certified mediator in 2002 and now regularly mediate cases in Vero Beach and surrounding areas, while still maintaining an active litigation practice. I have mediated well over 1000 disputes to resolution, with broad experience in all manner of civil cases. Our office can comfortably accommodate 2-4 party mediations, with room for up to about 20 participants.
