Pamela Klavon has over 25 years experience as a trial lawyer representing individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters. Ms. Klavon is a former state prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where she handled numerous jury trials and specialized in prosecuting drug related crimes.

Ms. Klavon has 20+ years of civil litigation experience, including 13 years as in-house trial counsel for Liberty Mutual, where she represented insureds, employers and carriers in high exposure litigation matters, including personal, agency and commercial market claims as well as workers compensation claims throughout Florida.  Additionally, her civil practice focused on litigation of business disputes involving contracts, business torts, labor and employment matters, workers compensation and general civil litigation, as well as professional liability matters.

Ms. Klavon is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator (Circuit Civil) and now devotes her practice entirely to mediation in the following areas: personal injury, premises liability, legal and professional malpractice, contract disputes, labor and employment law matters, products liability and lemon law claims, workers compensation and general tort and liability.

Ms. Klavon was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida.  She enjoys college football and considers herself a semi-professional tailgater.
