Biographical

In July 2010 I became certified as a Circuit Court Mediator.  Also in 2010 I became certified as a Federal Mediator, Middle District of Florida.  I offer statewide mediation services, with NO travel charge.  In October 2010, I presided over my first Circuit Court mediation.  In the first three years as a full time mediator, I presided over 250 mediations. By the end of 2021, I presided over 900 mediations.  Previously, I was employed with Beltz & Ruth, P.A. from 1992 through 2010 (Beltz, Ruth, Magazine, Newman & Kohl, P.A. 2002-2005). During the eighteen (18) years with the firm, I primarily worked on complex malpractice, nursing home, products and motor vehicle cases. However, I also enjoyed the exposure to other areas of law such as contract, consumer and employment.
