Leslie Telford Kettring is a Board Certified Family Attorney with over 40 years’ experience in litigating in wide variety of family and civil matters.  In her family practice she handled complex financial cases and other difficult family issues including parental relocation and high conflict matters.

In 2020 she decided to confine her practice to alternative dispute resolution including both mediation and arbitration.  She is also the alternate Special Master for the City of Sarasota Code Enforcement Hearings. She mediates a wide range of matters in addition to family law, which include: first party insurance claims; professional malpractice claims;construction disputes; Homeowner' Association disputes; Landlord/tenant disputes; debtor/credit disputes; subrogation claims; probate disputes; and real property disputes.  

Leslie Telford Kettring has acted as an Arbitrator in nonbinding Arbitrations in personal injury matters, libel and slander claims, distribution of sales proceeds from a partition, and construction defects.  

She is a registered mediator in both Georgia and Kentucky.
