Biographical

Kari A. Metzger has over 30 years of experience in civil litigation involving personal injury and wrongful death. Kari's primary focus has been in personal injury litigation including automobile liability, PIP litigation, professional liability, products liability, premises liability, general insurance defense litigation, civil trial and appellate litigation.

Kari is a former employee of Nationwide Insurance Company trial division, a former partner in the law firm of Byrd & Metzger, P.A. and a former partner in the law firm of Koleos, Rosenberg, Metzger & Doyle, P.A. Prior to practicing law, Kari was a claims adjuster for four years for Travelers Insurance Company.

Kari now devotes a large portion of her law practice to providing mediation and arbitration services all over the state of Florida. Her experience in both defending and prosecuting civil cases provides a solid basis from which to assist in successfully resolving cases through mediation.

Mediation is one of the most efficient ways to settle a legal dispute. It is especially helpful in personal injury cases and makes it possible for both sides of a dispute to reach a satisfactory resolution. It allows everyone involved to share their thoughts and opinions regarding the matter at hand, so there is a peaceful and cost-effective settlement that addresses both the financial and emotional issues in a case.
