- Practice Commenced: 2001
In my litigation days, I was a civil defense attorney and trial lawyer, however, I am now, happily, a full time circuit civil mediator/arbitrator, and I take negotiations seriously. My practice areas included complex commercial litigation, contract law, civil rights, libel and slander, first and third party insurance litigation (auto and proprerty), coverage issues and bad faith, premises liability, nursing home, and medical malpractice, in both state and federal courts (primarily the Middle District). I have tried my fair share of cases and do like to keep up with judges' rulings and jury verdict trends in Central Florida to better assist all parties in fully understanding their choices and the risks of proceeding with litigation. Sometimes, you have to think outside the box to get closure. I call issues like I see them and get disputes resolved. How can I help you?
