Four Parties = $200/party/hour
Five or more Parties = $190/party/hour
Full day Mediations = 8 hour minimum.
Travel time outside of Hillsborough County, Florida will be billed for actual time spent traveling (rounded up to the nearest half hour), at a rate that is half of the applicable hourly rate, unless otherwise agreed between you and the Mediator.
The following fee will apply when a mediation is cancelled with less than 11 business days (15 calendar days) notice: half day cancellations will incur a fee of four hours times the applicable total hourly amount, and full-day cancellations will incur a fee of eight hours times the applicable total hourly amount. A trial caveat will not obviate a cancellation fee.
