Biographical
Charles W. Ross, Esq., has been a licensed Florida trial lawyer since 1979. He holds the highest Martindale-Hubbell attorney rating of AV. He is a highly trained and experienced Florida Supreme Court certified mediator, who has mediated over 3,000 civil lawsuits. He is a full time mediator and is certified to mediate civil lawsuits in both state and federal court.
Mr. Ross has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator since 1998. He established the Ross Mediation Center in 2002, and this private mediation facility is available for use during your mediation conferences.
Charles Ross has been recognized by his peers as one of Florida's leading mediators, having been selected by Florida trial attorneys for recognition in Florida's Legal Elite. Mr. Ross has also been designated by Florida attorneys as a member of the Best Lawyers in America. He was also named by Tampa Bay Magazine as one of Tampa Bay's Top Lawyers. Mr. Ross has also been chosen for membership in the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Charles W. Ross is also qualified as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Arbitrator and has arbitrated numerous state and federal court disputes.
Charles Ross, Esq., received his mediation training at Harvard Law School. He completed the Harvard Law School Mediation Program for Lawyers in 1999 and graduated from the Harvard Advanced Mediation Program for Lawyers in 2001.
Mr. Ross earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with high honors. Mr. Ross also achieved Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Eta Sigma honors. He has been recognized by his peers as one of Florida's leading mediators with a Martindale Hubbell rating of AV. Mr. Ross was also selected by the Florida trial attorneys for membership in Florida's Legal Elite, Tampa Bay Magazine's Top Lawyers of Tampa Bay (2010), The Best Lawyers in America 2010. Charles W. Education
Charles Ross, Esq., earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with high honors (B.A. 1975; J.D. 1978). He achieved membership in Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies.
Mr. Ross has received at Harvard Law School. He attended the Harvard Law School Mediation Program in 1999 and completed the Harvard Law School Advanced Mediation Program in 2001.

Rates Information
$500/hour for two party mediations ($250 per party) $200 per hour per party for 3 or four party mediations. Three hour deposit required for pro' se parties; law firm payments are due within 15 days after mediation.
