Biographical
Cary began his mediation and arbitration practice in 1989 after having been a civil litigator and Florida Bar, Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He enjoys an A V Preeminent rating in Martin Dale-Hubbell and has been consistently listed in The Best Lawyers in America for ten years. He has served as a Distinguished Professorial Lecturer and Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution at Stetson College of Law where he taught Alternative Dispute Resolution, Collective Bargaining and Labor Arbitration. He regularly serves as a Primary Trainer in the Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator Training. He is a frequent speaker at state and national programs on the subjects of negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
His extensive mediation experience in federal court enables him to understand the challenges facing attorneys in federal practice.
He brings to each dispute his experience, training and personal commitment to hard work which has resulted in the successful resolution of thousands of cases throughout Florida.

For mediation: $300.00 per hour with a three hour minimum. For arbitration: please call for details.
